We all have stressful situations in our lives – that can be a loss of a partner, losing a job, sickness… These things make us sad, even depressed. Fear is a powerful thing and it is wired deep inside us. Every time something bad happens we feel it strongly. This is our way of protecting ourselves from even worse things that can follow, but usually, never do. We are naturally preparing ourselves for the worst, which is totally unnecessary. There is no way in knowing what will happen in the future and no amount of fear and sleepless nights will change that.
