We are usually not fond of fear, but in some situations, it can be very
useful. If you are in danger, fear can help you escape or fight back. So it that case it really is very important to feel fear. The problem is, that sometimes our mind creates fear when there is nothing to be afraid about.
Whatever your fear is – dogs, spiders, water, airplanes, certain person or situation, you must start dealing with it as soon as possible. Do not run away! Be strong and get closer to what makes you afraid step by step. Take as small steps as necessary and do not expect to overcome your fears instantly.
Sometimes we get scared about not knowing what our future has in-store for us. We get afraid of things, we can not face and test out. I am talking about marriage, new job, moving to another part of the world, meeting new people and so on. In these cases, you should try to learn as much as you can about the things that frighten you. The knowledge you will gather will replace the fear and soon you will be stronger and capable of achieving things you didn’t even dare to think about.
Think about your fears, talk about them, educate yourself and push yourself towards conquering them!
