Each of us feels stressed from time to time. Sometimes it passes quickly, but sometimes it gets you to your knees. Stress is so powering, that it can make you seriously sick – this is what doctors thought until recently.
It turned out that stress is not the killer, the power of the mind is. Research showed that people who believe stress is harmful to their health actually got sick and people who believe that stress is not such a horrible thing did not.
How you think about stress matters! How you think matters, it affects everything in your life, especially your well being.
Surround yourself with positive people, do what makes you happy and realize that there is a positive lesson to be learned especially when things don’t go as planned.
